There are a number of cultivars of Phormium. 'Dazzler' has striped of dark pink, light pink, orange and yellow.
Cultural Practices: The Phormium likes a deep, fertile soil, rich in organic matter.
Blooming Habits: The flowers of the New-Zealand Flax come in summer. They are tubular, come in large panicles, and can mesure up to 15 feet tall (4.5 m).
